Samz Megamart is an online grocery and consumer goods store operated from Lagos, Nigeria. We offer a range of food, household, personal care and everyday products for delivery across Lagos.
Our platform is available at samzmegamart.com.ng and through any associated mobile applications. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Samz Megamart. References to "you" or "your" refer to you, the customer.
By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Samz Megamart.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders on Samz Megamart. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or place repeated invalid orders.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on your location and selected delivery option.
We strive to display accurate pricing at all times. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you promptly.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary slightly.
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation reference number from us.
We accept the following payment methods:
Online payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once an order is in transit, cancellations are subject to our returns policy.
We currently deliver to locations within Lagos State, Nigeria. Delivery zones and associated fees are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or third-party logistics issues.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence of a recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days in their original, unopened condition.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. WhatsApp order refunds will be made via bank transfer.

All content on Samz Megamart — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Samz Megamart and is protected by applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samz Megamart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers via email.
